WellMed does not store full debit or credit card details. Payment security, OTP, authentication, or authorization processes may be managed by the payment provider or issuing bank.

Customers are responsible for entering correct payment information.

5. Payment Verification

For fraud prevention and order security, WellMed may verify payments or customer details before shipment.

Verification may include:

  • Address confirmation
  • Identity confirmation in exceptional cases

  • Duplicate payment check

Failure to complete verification may delay or cancel the order.

6. Pricing Accuracy

Orders confirmed at one price do not guarantee future pricing.

7. Taxes, Charges & Fees

Any applicable charges will be shown during checkout or order confirmation where possible.

8. Order Confirmation

Payment does not always mean automatic order acceptance.

  • Original card/payment method
  • Store credit / voucher (if mutually agreed)

Refund timing depends on payment provider, bank, wallet operator, and verification completion.

12. Installments / EMI

If installment or EMI options are available through banks or gateways, those services are subject to third-party provider terms, approval, fees, and conditions.

WellMed does not guarantee approval of installment facilities.

13. Promotional Discounts & Coupons

Coupons, vouchers, or discount campaigns may have separate terms including:

  • Minimum purchase value
  • Product exclusions
  • Expiry dates
  • Single-use limits
  • Region limitations

WellMed may cancel discounts obtained through abuse, manipulation, or technical exploitation.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Complete payment within required time
  • Keep transaction proof if needed
  • Avoid unauthorized chargeback abuse

Fraudulent payment activity may result in cancellation, account restriction, or legal action.

15. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is raised without valid cause after successful delivery or service completion, WellMed reserves the right to contest the claim and restrict future purchases.

Customers are encouraged to contact support first for faster resolution.

16. Limitation of Liability

WellMed is not responsible for delays, failed payments, bank downtime, gateway outages, OTP issues, mobile wallet service interruptions, or losses caused by third-party financial systems beyond our reasonable control.

We may update this Payment Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective when published on our website or app.
